Convenient location and nice pool
I spent 5 nights in a King Room with King Bed, High Floor. The indoor pool and hot tub were great to unwind after exploring downtown. The staff was pretty friendly, but I didn’t like paying $20 a day for parking. Couldn’t quite get the curtains to close fully, so was slightly annoying.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
My stay lasted for two nights in a spacious Queen Room. The staff greeted us warmly, making us feel welcome. However, the common areas could use a refresh. I recommend checking out the nearby local eateries for a taste of Asheville’s vibrant culinary scene.

The location is ideal for exploring the area, and the breakfast service is outstanding with a variety of delicious options. However, the room I stayed in felt a bit cramped, and I experienced delays with service when needing assistance from staff. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a short stay, especially if you love a good breakfast.

We loved hanging out at the local breweries nearby! The hotel was centrally located, making it super easy for our big family to explore downtown Asheville without hassle. Zach and his team really stepped up to make sure we enjoyed our stay despite the hiccups.
In my wife’s opinion, the air conditioning was too loud. We wished the hotel had some quieter options for families with kids.

The spacious accommodations made for a comfortable stay, enhanced by the lovely mountain views. The convenience of being just a short walk from the vibrant downtown area was ideal, with numerous dining options available. However, the lack of daily housekeeping was disappointing, as many would expect consistent services in a hotel setting. Parking could also be a hassle during peak hours, adding to the frustration for guests. While the location and room quality were excellent, the service left room for improvement.
