Central downtown location, functional building, fantastic food. Decent room with spacious beds, complimentary wireless internet, TV and hairdryer. Adorable staff, they were happy to help. The hotel was conveniently located.
The hotel needed sprucing up.
-
I loved this hotel, it's immaculately clean and sweet. The room was modest and very affordable, plus the bed was comfy. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of savoury food.
-
Pleased it had a bathtub in the room.
-
Super base for a 3-night stay. Just a 5-minute stroll to the center. There's Mellow Mushroom with nice shots steps away from the venue. Excellent breakfast service too.
-
We appreciated Renaissance Asheville from the moment we entered. Furthermore, free Wi Fi was a pleasant addition. It's worth staying here and exploring Downtown Asheville district.

The bathroom was large and well equipped. The beds were large and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and the hotel has a large free parking. You can sit in a very comfortable lounge, and the staff in the restaurant was very friendly.
The room was a bit narrow, the noise was coming from the corridor. The air conditioning was, unfortunately, very loud.

We liked the convenient location. Staff was nice.
Parking near the hotel want the greatest. The breakfast service/wait time was awful. Didn't seem ready to handle the number of guests for breakfast.
-
Compact, clean, tastefully decorated room with excellent housekeeping. As a swimmer, the pool is top notch.
I think the food in the restaurant needs to be upgraded in presentation and quality. Service was good..

Good parking and excellent location for downtown
-
I liked the location, which is walking distance into Asheville. Large parking lot. The shower/towels/bathroom were very nice. The beds were comfortable. Amenities were fine.
The room was small by American standards and the air conditioner, while it worked very well, was noisy.
-
The staff was incredible.....especially your Brazilian restaurant manager (Sa...), Joanne at the bar and Alex at the front desk. Attention to detail - all went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. Loved the pool!
Rooms were way to noisy. The walls are paper thing. Especially in 1005 its down at the end of the corridor. 1027 was better.
-
It was close to downtown
The only thing about the hotel I liked was it was within walking distance of downtown .The room rates were very high for what was offered. At the prices we paid they should have at least included breakfast We booked this room because we waited to late to get a room for a concert and we took what we could find. We will not stay there next year.

Comfy beds and we loved the rosemary mint bath products provided! Loved having a cool view of Asheville from the 7th floor.
-
Very beautiful, close to city and food was good. We were there for New Years and enjoyed the complimentary drinks.

The entire trip was great. The ease and friendliness of check in to the server at the bar made it a great trip. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I would gladly tell others to stay here! Thanks for a great trip.
The pillows! They were toddler sized and went flat as soon as you lay your head down. There were only two for a queen size bed, they did make it hard to sleep at night. Maybe a real size pillow that is not filled with feathers so it has some cushion to it as you lay down. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work or there was not one. My husband is an engineer in the industry and even checked with a tissue to see if it was working.
